As in prior municipal election cycles, the League of Women Voters will be partnering with the Wilton Library and GOODMorning Wilton to provide forums in which constituents can get to know the candidates and pose questions to them. This cycle in response to COVID the format has been adjusted to an in-person, empty auditorium format: the candidates and moderator will be together in person in the Library’s Brubeck Room, along with people from the co-sponsors necessary to run the event. The evening will be streamed live to constituents, as well as recorded.
Wednesday October 20, the forum will present the candidates running for Board of Education and Planning & Zoning. The Board of Education panel will run from 7-8:15pm; followed by Planning and Zoning from 8:30-9:15pm.
