Connecticut needs more workers trained in advance manufacturing—companies like Asml right here in Wilton have hundreds of job openings that are unfilled.

One way we can bridge that gap is by training veterans to work in the tech trade. That's why I supported the Military to Machinist pilot program, which not only trains veterans on 21st century skills, but also subsidizes employment for veterans experiencing long-term joblessness.
