The annual Fall BBQ Fundraiser, held on Saturday, September 12 at Merwin Meadows drew the highest attendance in years, despite the touch-and-go weather conditions and the fact that the 2009 elections will feature municipal races but no state or national contests.
Confusing Town finance with State budget issues is one matter, but misrepresenting the income tax provision in the budget recently enacted by the legislature is quite another, as Al Alper did in his Sept. 3 letter.
