Constitutional scholar Professor Caroline Fredrickson will join us on Sunday, March 28th at 3pm for a discussion about what the filibuster is and the rules surrounding its use. Fredrickson is a Professor at Georgetown Law Center and a Senior Fellow at the Brennan Center for Justice. Among other roles, she has served as Special Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs under the Clinton administration, and President of the American Constitution Society (ACS) for 10 years.
