Join Congressman Jim Himes for a screening of “Grit & Grace: The Fight for the American Dream,” a groundbreaking documentary-style film produced The White House’s 117th Congress’s House Select Committee on Economic Disparity and Fairness in Growth.
This first-of-its-kind documentary-style film on economic inequality in America was directed by FRONTLINE | PBS producer Oscar Guerra and narrated by Sarah Jessica Parker.
All attendees are encouraged to join us for a pre-screening reception with Representative Jim Himes, UConn President Radenka Maric, and former U.S. Senator Chris Dodd. A post-show panel discussion will include B1C’s own Ivonne Zucco, People and Culture Director, along with other state leaders and advocates.
