Bristling at the failed effort to repeal the Affordable Care Act, Trump is taking executive action (or inaction) to destroy the ACA. In two days he has taken two actions that will begin to effectively reduce or eliminate healthcare for many Americans. He has encouraged the creation of insurance groups with none of the minimum care guarantees in the ACA like full services and coverage of pre-existing conditions. He has also started to eliminate payments to insurance companies that help low income people pay out of pocket medical expenses.
